Weights come in from your scales and BaykedStation weigh stations, every entry is shown for review so you catch double entries, misnamed strains and wrong item categories, and reviewed entries go to METRC through the API in two clicks. No files to build and nothing typed twice. It also reports harvest weights by strain and location, and tracks the packages and manifests that leave your premises.

METRC Integration Questions
What is a METRC integration?
Software that METRC has approved to read from and write to your license’s records. Data moves between your operation and METRC without anyone retyping it or building an upload file.
Is Bay Kinetic a validated METRC integrator?
Yes. Bay Kinetic holds full METRC validation, listed on METRC’s validated integrator list, and BaykedFarm connects to every METRC state through Metrc Connect.
Does BaykedFarm sync with METRC in real time?
Not automatically, and that’s deliberate. Weights reach BaykedFarm as they’re captured. Your team checks them for user errors, double entries, misnamed strains and wrong item categories, then sends them to METRC with two clicks. We gate the data so nothing incorrect reaches the state.
What do you need from us to connect?
Either your METRC API key, or our staff added to your organization in METRC. We recommend both: the key keeps your dashboards and reports current, and staff accounts mean every action taken in METRC traces back to a named person on our team. At the weigh point you need a BaykedStation and a Verizon signal, or the scale holds records until it has one. We commission and train on site, in English and Spanish.
Why don’t you upload .CSV files?
We used to. On our biggest day in 2021, 23,368 rows of harvest data went into METRC in 56 separate files. Sending through the METRC API is significantly faster, and there’s no file to time out, so it’s the only way we send now.
Do you work with retail or point of sale?
No. BaykedFarm covers harvest, processing and extraction, in any METRC state. We don’t make a retail point-of-sale product.
