IS THIS CERTIFIED?

Our scale systems are NTEP certified POS systems. They have been evaluated and approved for use with any NTEP approved scale.
Our systems speak directly to the cloud, eliminating user error and mis-entries.

WILL THIS WORK IN THE FIELD?

Our scale systems come with a 5G antenna which keeps them online anywhere you have service with the Verizon network. In addition, the systems come with backup batteries which allow for the systems to be deployed without available power outlets.

WILL THE LABELS FADE?

The labels are printed on a synthetic material which was developed for use in agriculture and extreme temperature environments. Since they use a wax-resin thermal transfer ribbon, the letters will not smudge when wet, nor will they degrade in the sun or hot environments like typical thermal printer labels.

IS THERE ANY HELP LEARNING THE SYSTEM?

Each system comes with on-site commissioning and on-site training.
The training is delivered in both English and Spanish. User manuals and quick reference guides are also provided with the scales in digital and printed format.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

Our tech support staff is available to log in remotely to the system to diagnose and repair software errors remotely without interrupting your harvest process.
In the case of hardware errors, technicians are able to reach clients in the Central Coast within 45 minutes.
